Gil was excellent to work with! From initial phone call, to shaking hands at the closing table - Gil was 100% with us every step of the way. Always willing and able to meet, set up appointments, follow up with selling agents, etc. We never had to chase Gil for answers or information, and was always in touch via phone, text, or email. When it came time to place an offer, Gil advised and steered us through the process. Once we had an accepted offer - Gil didn't let up one bit. He continued on as always and got us to closing with no stone left unturned. Gil, with his experience and easy to work with personality, was a joy to work with. Would recommend him to anyone!

I would recommend Jeff Rutt to anyone I know who is in need of a realtor. My husband and I sold our house in Basking RIdge NJ and knew we would come to Lancaster. Jeff contacted me in November of 2010 when I sent an inquiry into a website. Even by phone I could tell a high level of professionalism and helpfulness. Jeff was wonderful in starting to show us properties in February 2011 long before our house was sold so that we would be prepared and acquainted with the areas around Lancaster for when we would need to jump on a property. Finally when we did sell in May 2011, Jeff showed the patience of a saint in showing and re-showing properties to us and we found our perfect house in East Hempfield Twsp. We often look back on the crazy, stressful time of the whole event and still to this day, recall how great it was to work with Jeff..his patience, his skill set, his knowledge of any market I came up with and his thorough professionalism really impressed us and we'll always be grateful!
