I would recommend Jeff Rutt to anyone I know who is in need of a realtor. My husband and I sold our house in Basking RIdge NJ and knew we would come to Lancaster. Jeff contacted me in November of 2010 when I sent an inquiry into a website. Even by phone I could tell a high level of professionalism and helpfulness. Jeff was wonderful in starting to show us properties in February 2011 long before our house was sold so that we would be prepared and acquainted with the areas around Lancaster for when we would need to jump on a property. Finally when we did sell in May 2011, Jeff showed the patience of a saint in showing and re-showing properties to us and we found our perfect house in East Hempfield Twsp. We often look back on the crazy, stressful time of the whole event and still to this day, recall how great it was to work with Jeff..his patience, his skill set, his knowledge of any market I came up with and his thorough professionalism really impressed us and we'll always be grateful!

Working with Jeff Rutt was great! He went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. He was pleasant and fun to spend time with when we toured various homes for sale. He has vast knowledge of the real estate field and he guided us through the technical aspects of getting our mortgage. He was a calming presence when I would be feeling stressed at times. Jeff sold our old home and helped us purchase our new home. He was ALWAYS very responsive and very helpful!
