Roy was very friendly and welcomed us every time we met. He was very flexible with house showing times and always looked to make the times we wanted to look at houses work out. He never made us feel like we asked a dumb question ,and always answered the best. He was honest , and admitted if he didn't have a answer. If at all possible he would seek to find us the answer. He left us know of things we had to take care of before the settlement day, and made sure he was there that day for us.
