I highly recommend choosing Roy as your realtor! Roy was such a pleasure to work with, and he made our home buying experience go very smoothly. He was very prompt with all communication, and he explained everything clearly (especially since I knew nothing about buying a home). Roy went above and beyond for us to make our dream a reality. Roy was very friendly and welcomed us every time we met. He was very flexible with house showing times and always looked to make the times we wanted to look at houses work out. He never made us feel like we asked a dumb question ,and always answered the best. He was honest , and admitted if he didn't have a answer. If at all possible he would seek to find us the answer. He left us know of things we had to take care of before the settlement day, and made sure he was there that day for us.
