Homesale Settlement really dropped the ball. My settlement sheet was wrong and she never explained the closing she made Burnell do it. She was Impossible to get ahold of for the sellers who live out of town. It was nice giving away another $2650.00 because the numbers were wrong! Lesson learned...never again and you can't blame Covid because she was in the office during our signing. Burnell was fantastic-top notch as always.
